2. **Build** (From $6k · Up to 4 weeks): Fixed-price projects that ship the systems the assessment found. In your repo, with evals from day one.
3. **Run** ($10k/month · Ongoing): I run and improve your automations, train staff, and roll out new initiatives. Projects can sit on top.

**What do you build?**
Three kinds of project: AI-native web and iOS apps; production AI pipelines that take a working prototype and make it reliable with evals, model routing, caching, monitoring and cost controls; and AI GTM engineering covering enrichment, lead scoring, routing, personalized outbound and CRM automation.

**How does a project work?**
Assess, build, run. It starts with a free 30-minute call. A one-week AI assessment ($1,500, credited toward a project) finds what to automate and includes a working demo of the task your team hates most. Builds are fixed-price projects of up to four weeks, in your repo and your tools, with evals from day one, and your team owns the code. A retainer keeps the systems running and improving.

**Can you work with frontier models, open-source models, and n8n?**
Yes. The work can include OpenAI and Anthropic models, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, eval systems, open-source or self-hosted model paths, and cloud-hosted or self-hosted n8n automation environments.

**How much does it cost?**
The AI assessment is $1,500 for one week and is credited toward a project. Builds are fixed-price: AI GTM engineering from $6k, AI production pipelines from $8k, and application development from $12k, each up to four weeks. The retainer is $10,000 a month for 10 days a month, limited to three clients at a time.

**Do you build the systems yourself?**
Yes. I scope, design, build, evaluate and launch the work myself, then hand it over with docs and a walkthrough so your team owns the code.

**Do you work onsite?**
I’m based in New York and work on-site with NYC companies when it helps, including on retainer. Otherwise projects run remotely.
